This is  latest  run testThis is latest run testMy issues are as follows :

1.)My battery is not charging above 61% it show the battery charge was fullycharged. I Tried some methods like some 

Step 01. Click on the Start Button
Step 02. Type "Device Manager" in the start search box & open the Device Manager
Step 03. Look for Batteries and expand it by click on the + symbol on the left
Step 04. Right Click on "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" & uninstall
Note: This Battery driver will get re-installed automatically when you restart the Notebook again
Step 05. Please Shutdown the Notebook
Step 06. Remove the Battery and unplug the Power Adapter ( For Notebooks with Removable Batteries )
Step 07. Press and Hold the Power Button for full 1 Minute
Step 08. Go ahead and put back the Battery and connect the Power Adapter and restart

 

And My Bios  has updated version

I also run battery test here is output:

2.) My second laptop issue is this happen very rare when i bought laptop but now this occur very frequently almost 3 times a day and it always come when i put laptop on sleep it always came with blue Screen and show the stop code is 

Stop Code :IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Stop Code :CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

Every time i came up with this two stop Code

 

3.) Error :3F0 And similarly this i came recently 4 weeks before and its occur frequently almost 4-5 times a day

 

Please help me to permanently  fix all of the above problem .Its really frustrating and i am doing daily battery check and changing bios setting i.e Leagacy Support for open the windows and this came all the times please fix this problem it  not going to work to increase customer i am unhappy with this laptop my issue i cant buy new one so early because it cost me very hard.

I understand that you are getting a 3F0 error.

 

As you have started that you have performed the possible troubleshooting steps. 

 

I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
