Based on the information you posted, you have a HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g219cy (Touch) with an AMD processor and chipset.

To fix the ACPI BIOS error, go into the F10 BIOS setup, find the TPM security device and change the setting from Enabled/Available to Hidden.

The setting is probably in either the Security menu or the Advanced menu.

Save the setting and restart the PC.

To access the BIOS turn on or restart the PC.

Immediately tap...tap...tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F10 Setup option and press the Enter key.

Thank you it worked but now I can't get into my laptop  I had my pin to type into my laptop now it's asking me to create another one. Then when I push setup pin it won't let me and goes back to the screen

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that because the forum rules of participation prohibit anyone from providing assistance with PINs, passwords, etc..

I wouldn't know how to fix a problem like that even if I could provide assistance with that.

I recommend that you reinstall Windows by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:

Download Windows 10

If you have files you want to recover from the notebook, when you get to the part that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' install it over the existing Windows partition and it will create a Windows.old folder.

After Windows has completed installing you can explore the Windows.old folder, find your old user profile and copy and paste the folders from your old user profile to the new one and you should be all set.

The information to get rid of the blue screen worked, but here's the thing when trying to sign into Microsoft account it popped up asking me to create a pin, so I tried to do a recovery mode that didn't work. I mean what's the sense of finally fixing my problem yet Microsoft won't let me create my pin and every time says I can't create my pin doesn't given me to even sign into my Microsoft. So I factory reset my computer all I want is to be able to access my computer. Hours I've set here for it to show restoration incomplete  with another box in the background c:\system something in this black screen saying

I've given you the only solution to the problem.

Reinstall Windows.

There's nothing further anyone can do to help you.
