Product: HP Stream - 11-ah113wm

Hello 🙂

I have nothing on this laptop and it’s barely used. I want to update it and reset it but somehow the storage if full. I have gone through ALL the things to free up space and there’s nothing left to delete or move, etc. I have a brand new 500gb external storage device attached but it still needs space on C to do anything and I cannot figure out how to make space. Any help appreciated!!

It ONLY has 32 GB eMMC for storage . How do you attach 500GB to it ? Using USB ? This won't work as internal storage. Please use the following way
