Serial number [Personal Information Removed]Can I buy a reasonable priced external hard drive for my Notebook Stream the storage is 30 gigs but the operating system has used all room and i get notices that i have no room and no available room .

While the bulk of the space on the small 32GB "drive" is taken up by Windows, a lot of the remaining is also taken up by historical Windows Updates as they do not clean up after themselves.
And, while you could use an external drive to store personal files, you can not install applications to that drive -- so that will not help with those issues.
You're basically stuck with what you have.
