I am trying to update to windows 11. When I got to update it says I don’t have enough storage. So, I started delete stuff and have almost deleted everything off my computer every my recycle bin and it still says I don’t have enough storage.

Its specs

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06401080

It only has 128 GB M.2 SSD. You have to delete or move files out to external drive such as a 64GB flash drive to free space for you to upgrade.

You can move out from few folders: Documents, Video, Download, Video, Pictures

Regards.
