After trying to reduce HD space in Windows 10 pro, my computer got the Harddisk 3F0 error, and will not run Diags on Harddisk as it can't be found. Also win I try to reinstall win 10 it can't find the Harddisk and it requests driver?

I used a USB thumb drive and got the machine running after using Rufus to make a Win 10 to go USB.

Run HP Diagnostics to make sure you don't have a hardware problem.

The diagnostic test can't find the hard drive either. When trying to install USB Win 10 can't find drive, asks for driver. Drivers wanted for UEFI drive.

Many if not most Streams come with eMMC hard drives which are soldered directly to motherboard.

If that has gone bad, your laptop basically needs to be replaced.

The command line diskpart finds the drive. 29GB online Gmp *

You have a 32 GB eMMC hard drive.

If BIOS doesn't see it, not much you can do.

I hope you did not mess around with any of the settings.
