I have a HP Stream 7 and it will not connect to my TMOBILE WiFi. It is not discoverable on my Stream 7. How do you connect the Stream 7 to the TMOBILE WiFi? I have tried Bluetooth and even hooked it up to my Laptop.

You may not have drivers for WPA2/AES. Make sure your modem is set for WPA2 and not WPA3
The drivers for window 10 and 8 are here
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-stream-7-tablet/7439994
make sure you have the latest network drivers. Your system Wi-Fi is 802.11 b/g/n which supports the 2.4 and (supposedly) 5ghz bands.
I recommend you log into the router and set the 2.4 and 5ghz bands to have different SSID but the same password. Use the 2.4 band.

@Spydercop10 wrote:How do I set the drivers and how do I reset the router as suggested? I am not awesomely technically smart like some younger people.
Lets make sure you have the latest Wi-Fi driver
Download and install one of the following
win8 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp70001-70500/sp70339.exe
win10 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72188.exe
If you have a new router installation you might want to contact the ISP and have the service tech set up your printer.
I have an Arris modem, yours may be different. The following tutorial is helpful. The username might be "admin" and the password should be printed somewhere on the modem. If not, then following instructions below.

Use a different name for the 2.4 and the 5ghz bands. To keep it simple, use the same password and use only numeric digits. Note that these names and passwords are only for making the Wi-Fi connection.
