Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1000 Laptop PC (9EK37AV)

My Stream won't turn on. I have tried the 15 seconds on the power button test and still won't turn on. The power stays on for a bit then flashes and goes off. Anybody else have this problem and able to sort it?
