Just wanted some help to find out why I am getting this issue, especially as I am a part-time student studying online and really need a computer that works ok?

I'd like to help!

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Have you made any changes to your software or Hardware?

 

I have a few recommendations 

 

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HERE
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 

Try and check in Bios using the F10 key if the screen is flickering in Bios. To enter Bios, click restart keep tapping the F10 key and then turn on the PC at the same time to enter Bios screen. 

 

If the issue persists in Bios then it is a hardware issue on the screen.
