Hi my laptop's keyboard was not working after updating patch from microsoft.i tried removal of driver and reset of windows .while resetting windows it stuck at clear  of TPM window..neither F1 nor F2 is working for accepting and rejecting setting..tried to shut down and open again but its stuck at the same window.no F1 key is working to go to BIOS setting while opening laptop..plz help.
