HP Recommended

I was just chilling on my laptop, as I do, when it goes to the blue screen with the sad face on it, all the letters were screwed up like something out of an eldritch horror, Minecraft enchantment table looking stuff, and then it goes to this screen (image attached), I did the hard drive quick test and it said both of the tests passed, I also did the memory test and it didn't say anything was wrong. I really need this laptop to work man, I don't know what's wrong, it says "Boot device not found"( again, image attached) and to install an operating system on your hard disk, I set this post to unknown os, but I'm pretty sure my laptop doesn't have an operating system right now. I took off the back of my laptop and looked inside, but didn't see much out of the ordinary, I really need some help, I'll do anything, my family doesn't have the money for the kind of stuff. Please help.
