Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I am on the password startup page but it is stuck on the Italian, even when I press space plus windows it sag stays on Italian. Please can you help or tell me how to get into the setup page. Thanks

Hi no its not the first time, when I restart it comes back to Italian. I used this computer and never had a problem before. Thanks for your help Fiona
