@Arms4515, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Exit Without Saving:
In the BIOS menu, press F10 to Save and Exit.
If you're being dropped right back into BIOS, continue to the next step.
Check Boot Device Settings:
In BIOS, find the Boot or System Configuration tab.
Make sure the Internal SSD or Windows Boot Manager is listed as the first boot device.
If it’s missing, the laptop may not detect the storage drive (hardware or connection issue).
Reset BIOS to Defaults:
In BIOS, press F9 to reset to factory defaults.
Then press F10 to save and exit.
Try to Boot from USB (Reinstall Windows):
If the SSD is working, you can try reinstalling Windows:
On another PC, download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft’s official site.
Use it to create a bootable USB drive.
Plug it into your HP laptop, power it on, and repeatedly press Esc, then F9 to choose the USB as the boot device.
Follow the prompts to reinstall Windows.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
