When I opened my laptop to use it, the blue screen appeared with error code 0xc0000017 and saying operating system couldnt be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors,and said f8 was to see start up settings and enter to try again and when i pressed f8 nothing happened but bring me back there and same with enter and i don't have a usb device or disk😭i tried doing everything please help

I can't access anything i can't even use advance repair because it will bring me back to the blue screen

In this case, try reinstalling the system directly.

Try recovery F11 or a pen drive with the system.

You will have to purchase it through HP (try calling) or purchase a system of your choice for reinstallation

Im 15 and I don't have money to buy this and im a adopted in a family that doesn't love me and i can't let these people know i ruined it or they'll take my phone and my teacher gave me that's how cooked i am

I understand your case, but the problem that occurred with the equipment is not your fault. It was a systemic failure that can happen to anyone.

Just check the possibility of checking a new system and solving the fault
