ACPI BIOS ERROR.   Cannot get out of auto repair loop.  Hard drive and memory check OK.  Reloaded BIOS, F11 does not take me to recovery menus.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

Find Your HP Laptop Name, Product Number, or Serial Number | HP Notebooks | HP Support

If it is an old model notebook such as a 15-abxxx or a 17-gxxx notebook with an AMD processor, you have to go into the BIOS>security menu>find the TPM device setting and change it from Available to Hidden.

Save the settings, restart the PC and the error should be gone.

Thank you Paul.  I did have the older model with the AMD processor and this  got me out of the error.  You are living up to your moniker.  “Legendary Expert”.    Happy Camper.
