Welcome to the HP Support Community.
The error code you provided tells me that the hard disk drive (HDD) has failed. Since this is a faulty HDD/hardware component, you will probably not be able to recover your files.
Based on the code I can also see that your PC is still within the active warranty period. You are entitled to free service and replacement.
