Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought this laptop for my daughter's in 2018 she never used it just a couple pictures in there. I gave her a brand new iPad because the laptop sucks so I decided to sell it but I did perform a factory reset unfortunately it's stuck in 43%.... Definitely it sounds like a piece of garbage....

Never used and stuck in resetting mode and out of warranty....  

Any suggestions?? Should I burn it, slammed it on the floor or straight to the garbage

Make a USB from ....

or here

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

The first should be quickest and easiest. 

The second the prettiest.

The third for future use.

Just install it over the top of W10.

The Windows KEY should be embedded on the Main Board for any future user

to download and make the W10 iso for Re-Installation.
