Hello Chery, Your solution seems to suggest doing a clean new windows 10 installation from Microsoft website, i.e not the original HP factory Windows installation. this mean you have to pay £119.99 (UK) for a new windows product key other wise it will stop working after a few days. How do you get the product key for the HP factory windows installation ? And can that be used on a new windows 10 installation from Microsoft website. thanks Musthafa

can I ask how you managed your product key for windows. did you use your original product key or did you pay for a new one.
