Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue as whenever I turn on my laptop, it comes up with the startup menu and it says choose your keyboard layout and shows different languages. After I click my language it shows troubleshoot and turn off your PC, when I press troubleshoot it shows recovery manager and advanced options. I have no way of getting off of this page. I have done everything inside of recovery manager and Advanced options apart from a few things. Many of the things inside of advanced options do not work like startup repair, uninstall updates, system image recovery and system restore. I have tried multiple commands in the command prompt including a command that will reset my PC and this did not work. I tried using the recovery manager, the run computer checkup didn't do anything and the system recovery option is blanked out and I can't press it my last resort was the show contact information which has led me to this please can anybody help me as soon as possible as I have a busy laptop life currently.
