Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (9WF73AV)

Long story short, I forgot my password and now I’m stuck on screen asking for administrator password. I did the whole putting the password in wrong 3 times and getting a code. I went into bios and redid my password but it still won’t let me log in. I’ve tried command prompt also.
