HP Recommended

Hello! 

I have the 2017 version of the HP Envy x360, I hadn’t used it in about 4yrs. My fault for not doing proper updates on it. 

however I am starting school tomorrow and I decided to get everything up to date. Because it was running slowly and there were so many updates, I decided to reset it. 

now it is stuck on the, “Installing Windows 0%” I did the BIOS thing where you hold ctrl+B and power button.. it did its thing but it went right back to that screen… any help would be much appreciated!!!
