Product: HP ENVY x360 TouchSmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Any way I can get past this screen? Also, I get the sign-in service failed so I do it through holding shift then clicking restart.

Are you trying to do a system reset?

 

Are you trying to do a Win10 version Upgrade?

That message is shown right at the beginning of installing Windows, and it can stay for 30 minutes or more.

 

So,. how long did you let the PC sit without anything more happening?
