I am reaching out regarding my HP Victus 15 laptop, which is encountering driver-related problems that prevent a successful Windows installation. Specifically, when I attempt to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, I encounter blue screen errors, and even after restarting, the issue persists until it leads to a recovery failure.

Therefore, I kindly request that you provide the necessary updated drivers in a format that I can download and place on my own USB drive. This will help me resolve the driver issues and successfully complete the installation process.
