Recently within last month my laptop have been blacking out suddenly and I haven't been able to co relate it with any particular software during which laptop suddenly shuts down. After this black out laptop doesn't start even if I press the power key, this all only occurs when laptop isn't plugged in with charger. There haven't been a single black out when the laptop is plugged in but once unplugged after full charge it blacks out after 5-10 mins, than I have to plug the charger back in press power key to start it, and when it starts it shows battery at 70-80% usually. Also I am sure its not an heating issue since I recently started using a removable cooling device too and I haven't noticed any temperature changes either.

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

While you respond to that, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you perform a system restore on the computer back to the date when it was working fine.
