The best laptop has yet to be found, probably made.

You have a budget set, then you make a list of what you want it to have as a specification. 

Then what the intended use is.

Then you halve your expectation because you cannot afford what you want.

Buy what can be supported, like a HP, in help forums like this and has local agent for repairs.

I assume you are talking about Indian Rupee. You can get quite a decent computer with that amount of money.

You need to let us know what you intend to use the computer for:

-work (typing, internet etc...)

-multimedia

-gaming

What size would you like 17" ; 15"; 14"; 13"

There are now also detachable models which acr as tablet or laptop.

Please provide some further info.
