HP Pavillon dv6700 Notebook, Operating System Windows 10 Pro N 64 bit Version, 500 GB HD, RAM 2GB, No appropriate Bluetooth Drivers found  from the HP Support Website. Nor from the Manufacturer of the USB Bluetooth Dongle Plug n Play Device.

Basically,

if Bluetooth communication is important for you, you can order a Bluetooth USB adapter for about 10 $

Just plug in your new adapter, install its drivers if necessary and enjoy.

This one here supports Windows 10 as per Amazon ad. There are other models, too
