Hello,
I have accidentaly run firmware upgrade from Windows update (not HOP image assistant) which seems corrupt some way Sure Start.
So now I have everytime to click enter / OK when computer start.
This doesnt occur when i reboot.
Its really bothering.
I´ve come for some workaround which i´ve found in here on forum, to disable Sure Start - it worked (doesn´t show again), but laptop was not
able to power down (or sleep) from the Windows. It started shutting down sequence, but hang up on fans running high and have to hold power off button 😞
Not good.
Another i´ve tried to shutdown BitLocker, then disable Sure Start and then boot again, use bitlocker again, but after Sure start again enabled, it again poping.
Today i´ve applied another firmware (directly from HP image assistant), upgrade went sucessfull, but Sure Start warning is still there.
So my only hope (which i dont want to do), is to reformat hard disk, and deploy windows 10 again ?
I´ve seen even some hot fix from HP, but it seems its obsolet as it should be included in newer firmware upgrades, which i´ve already applied.
Thanks for any idea
