Hi, I bought a NVMe disk (Plextor M9Pe 256 GB M.2 2280 PCI-E x4 Gen3 NVMe PX-256M9PeG), so I wanted to set it as a system disk and I have a problem.
Until now, I have done:
1. installing OS on NVMe (Windows 10)
2. disable secure boot
3. enable legacy support
4. changing disk boot priority (Set Plextor for first priority)
5. Select NVMe in select boot device (F9)
And there is a problem, when I boot from NVMe I get error message "Reboot and select proper boot device"

Finally!
I found out where the problem was.
Probably my external drive is broken idk. And because of that installing windows on NVMe always ends as failure.
But after installing windows through WinToHDD (free software) (https://www.easyuefi.com/wintohdd/index.html) problem gone.
Really thank you WAWood for your help.
(how i have done this)
1. Get iso file
2. Use WinToHDD to install your chosen OS on your chosen disk
3. unplug all others disk and boot with only your chosen disk.
After that your main OS disk should be changed.

That's because you can only boot from NVMe disk in UEFI mode. So you have to set the mode back from Legacy mode.
Also, you would have needed to format the SSD using GPT and install Windows in UEFI mode as well.

Hi, thanks for replay
I have tried your suggestion.
I converted My SSD to GPT and then installed Windows 10 in UEFI mode, but error message doesn't change.
I made some pictures for you, so maybe this will help somehow (I took them when only NVMe was plugged)

All I can suggest is the following:
1) follow the instructions below to create a Repair USB stick that can be used to repair the boot files
2) removed any HDD from the PC
3) Insert the Repair USB and boot from it
4) Select the option to repair the boot media -- that should write boot records to the SSD
5) reboot the PC without the USB attached
If that does not work, I don't know what else to suggest.
Windows PCs use two different sets of files to get you to a working desktop.
In terms of the first, Windows boot files, you need to follow the instructions below to create boot media from Macrium Reflect (MR) that can be used to rewrite/repair the boot media on your PC:
1) Download and install Macrium Reflect (MR) from this link on a working PC: http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx
2) Use the option to create a boot USB stick or CD
That will create MR bootable media. Then, you can boot your PC into WinPE using that media.
Have patience, as that can take a while to start and bring up the screen.
Once the screen is there, select the option to Fix Windows boot problems. It will then search for the OSs installed and list them, Select the one you want to repair and click Next.
It will now do the repairs, listing the things it has done.
When finished, select the option to Restart the PC.
If this worked, the boot repair succeeded and you will have your PC back.
