Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Looking at the reliability monitor, I see that every few days these two apps are listed as "stopped working".  Typically this happens around the same time as successful windows updates.  Is this normal?  Is this indicative of other instabilities?  I'm asking because I experienced a BSOD yesterday after trying to shut down Chrome.  Error details for the most recent events below.  Thank you.

Here is the same thing.  Happens daily, sometimes 2-4 times a day.  Goes back to at least June 19.  That’s as far as Reliability Monitor goes.

There are also a lot of these - Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D02: 9P4W8RFN9M2T-AD2F1837.HPSystemEventUtility.

I think they are related.

Maybe someone will eventually  figure out what is going on.

Well "SysInfoCap stopped working error"  went away for three days in a row and I thought it magically fixed itself.  But it came back yesterday and is here again today.  Oh well.
