So I tried plenty of solutions I've read online, to fix this continuous problem but none work.
It's been months, I've started seeing this all of a sudden during May, I didn't install anything strange nor was I even active on my computer as much. This summer I began using my laptop more often and constantly it's dying at 40%, heats up like an oven and CPU is at 100% for nearly 30 min.
I am so confused on to why A file designed by HP or Microsoft (Can't even identify the file's origin because of it's lack of information) would be draining my computers performance at such a ridicilous amount.
I contacted HP support and was told to install drivers in which I did and updated them as well, this problem is like cockroaches, goes away then shows up a few days later.
I am not so tech savy but I tried almost every solution I read online. I delete it from task manager and it shows up 3 seconds later, out of no where jumping every application in CPU usage and staying at the top using up to 30% to 80%.
Does anyone know what this file is? Why does it act like a virus? And if it's really suppose to help, why is it tarnishing my laptop turning it into a BBQ chicken?
I am assuming it's a virus coating itsself maybe, but it has a tag underneath it like "HP Support file" or "HP System Info" .
