Hi @Harrisadam,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Could you please provide a few more details so we can better understand the System32 error and guide you accordingly?
What is the exact error message or error code displayed on your screen? If possible, please share a screenshot.
What is your HP laptop or desktop model?
Which version of Windows are you using (Windows 10 or Windows 11)?
When does the error appear, during startup, while using the computer, or when opening a particular application?
Did the issue begin after a Windows update, driver installation, or other recent change?
In the meantime, please avoid deleting or modifying files in the C:\Windows\System32 folder, as these files are essential for Windows to operate correctly.
You can also refer to Microsoft's Windows troubleshooting guidance if the error involves a system crash or stop code.
Once you share the details above, we can help narrow down the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi

I’m using a windows 11 model number is CND2211LXV
it appears every time I startup the computer I have done all options through in troubleshooting on the blue screen, I have no restore points, I’ve tried everything in the command prompt, I’ve tried uninstalling updates. I’ve even tried reinstalling windows on a FAT32 drive from windows website. I’ve made it priority in the BIOS but it just keeps looping the bootable USB and doesn’t actually fix anything, I’ve tried to use the USB from the startup screen. I’ve also disabled secure boot to help the USB but got nothing. The computer won’t go into safe mode, I’ve ran diagnostics on all my parts and nothing is wrong with them. The only thing I haven’t done is download a new BIOS but I cant download it onto the USB because my desktop isn’t HP and I don’t know how to get around that. I asked Microsoft and they told me to come to HP support so I could figure out the BIOS situation
