Hi.
For the second time I've got some updates for the PC Bios on the Support Assistant but every time I try to install it after the restarting of the PC I get the message which is in the title. Where am I wrong? Did I have to manually turn off the Bitlocker key? The installing system tells me that it will do it automatically at the moment of the update. Or maybe the problem is that I don't dispose of a USB support in order to create a backup version of the previous BIOS? I've already been in the Control Panel to select the backup on the "Azure ID account". But this didn't change the final result.
Any ideas? Thanks
