Product: Pavilion power gaming 15

Hi , 

I have just bought a new laptop.. hp pavilion power gaming 15 .. and I'm trying to update the bios via HP Assistant it goes fine until I restart the laptop to continue.. It trys to restart for a second then it shuts off all the sudden and starts again giving me the massage: system bios update failed!

And continues to windows without updating!

 

 Could the problem be with the charger that it does not provide enough voltage!?

First off, WHY would you be forcing a BIOS update on a brand new PC?

 

Second, there are a bunch of different laptops of that number, so please provide the specific model number of your laptop if you want detailed assistance.
