Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1000 (3N388AV)

Hi, My HP Spectre 360 switches off completely when not on power supply.   I changed the battrey recently to try solving the problem but the issue persists.     The laptop goes off when not on power and then I have system board error.
