Earlier today you solved my one problem...'seems like there are 2 passwords needed a power on password and an administrative password!

This time it doesn't disable... it gives a hint, then it asks
If I would like to reset the password? But, in order to do so, I must have prepared s password reset memory stick earlier (which I didn't!) Do you have any more tricks to help? Thanks!

i am reformatting my hp. i am confident and not worried to return into the original factory setting. but i am failed. when i was start my laptop the message in the screen is AN OPERATING SYSTEM WASN'T FOUND. TRY DISCONNECTING ANY DRIVES THAT DON'T CONTAIN AN OPERATING SYSTEM. PRESS CTRL+ALT=DEL TO RESTART.

 

WHEN I PRESS THE COMMAND

 

ill press the ESC then the message in the screen is "START UP MENU"

F2

F9

F10

F11

 

ENTER - TO CONTINUE STARTUP

 

amonst the same meassage

 

help to me to fix
