I ran System Extensive Test and this is the result i get:
Charging Port Test: FAILED
FAILURE ID: GGAMXL-901AB1-XD7U3G-088A03
What does this mean and how do i fix it ?

In all honesty, you don't -- fix it, that is. Why? Because this means the system board has failed and would require replacement -- which is not something you can do, as HP does not sell system boards for laptops.

Thank you for your response. But I actually performed this test a bit wrong, unlike other tests, this one required me to insert the USB to the port i wanted to test, which i didn't and received the error. Later performing this teat carefully, this test was passed.
