Hi. I have this ongoing issue with my system Fan in my laptop that constantly runs. I had updated the BIOS, blow compressed air into the air vents, I've checked the CPU utilization, and made sure several apps and/or programs wasn't running at the same time.
And I still got the same problem. I had reached out to Support with a tech agent and they tried troubleshooting and all gave the article of the steps to take. Those didn't help after I done them.
I don't know what else to do, and wonder if anyone has this problem and was able to resolved it.
