Product: HP Envy 17t100-k000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
My hard drive crashed on my HP Envy 17t100-k000. I've replaced the hard drive with a new SSD, and am using a USB flash drive for the recovery of the Windows7 operating system. However, I'm getting an error message stating, "This computer is not supported by the System Recovery Media" Error 0120-0004-0002. Not sure what to do from here. Any advice?

Hi:
Do you have a W7 product key?
If so, what version of W7 is the key good for...Home Premium or Professional?
If you have a product key, I can give you the link to the W7 64 bit ISO file and you can clean install W7 on your PC.
