I have the error "Boot Device Not Found", Hard Disk - (3F0)

I follow the instructions in HP webiste to iniciate "System Recovery" using F11 but each time I tried the error "Boot Device Not Found", Hard Disk - (3F0) appaers.

All additional devices are desconneted.

Hi:

 

First, run the hard drive diagnostics test (F2).

 

If the test does not report any issues with the hard drive...

 

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use with another PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10 the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility...you will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

I did the hard  drive diagnostics and the HD passed the test.

 

The link provided doesn't work. "Error 404: There is no content available."

Watch this video for how to use the HP cloud recovery tool and I have zipped up and attached the link to the file you need to install on a PC that is running W7 64 bit or newer.
