Someone can help 😀

You need to have some space on c: drive to create the USB drive, as the OS is downloaded on the PC and then it is transfered to the USB drive.

You can also download the .iso and then use an application such as RUFUS to create the bootable pendrive

Oh I see that makes sense. I'll have to try and see if I can get my friend to clear up space but I'm not sure he can. I guess that's my problem though you have done all you can I'm sure. And thank you very much we'll see what happens.

Yet another problem we've run into, we're trying to do a factory reset of my friends PC but it won't let us saying we need to free space. He had the Pokemon Trading Card game on it and although he uninstalled it it seems some files were left that he wasn't able to delete. I had a similar problem just before I gave the PC to him. I didn't even want to put the game on my PC because of it. Either way it won't let us free up any space or do a system restore and I think that's why I just don't know how to solve it. The answers I found after doing a search online didn't seem to apply or were things we'd already attempted. So once again I'm stuck. Any ideas?

What kind of PC does your friend have. How much space is on the PC? How much free space?

Let me know,
