Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1178tu

Hi,

I created a bootable USB from HP Cloud Recovery tool for my laptop HP Pavilion X360-dh-1178tu.  I changed boot option from system default to usb drive and started recovery. As the recovery process started, an error msg below was appeared on screen

 On pressing "Ok", it keep on repeating boot recovery process and ending at the same error msg. What to do?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the Micrsoft media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive to reinstall Windows.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
