Product: HP Pavilion 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ec0000 (2Z8E3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi everyone!
so, I have a problem with my HP laptop (pavilion 14 ec0013au).
I have an issue when I use "reset this PC" cloud download. First of use its normal, its automatically reinstall my windows, drivers, office, and other HP software like b&o audio, support assistant, etc. It also restores my laptop to factory condition. But, when I use it again I have a problem. Its just reinstall the windows (like fresh install). The drivers, office, factory configuration, and other HP software is missing.
My question is, how to bring back my laptop to factory condition where the drivers, office, configuration, and hp software already installed? thanks for the answer!
