Product: HP Stream 14-cb161wm Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have a hp stream laptop and when I went to reset the laptop it brought me to the recovery page and when I got there I had tried all the possible issues but nothing had worked . please help.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer other than clean installing W10 on your notebook would be to see if using the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive on another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer, resolves the problem for you.
