Hello

I have problem with my Laptop

System and System interrupts take huge memory  (about 14% to 20%) from CPU , although I did clean formatting for my laptop , but the problem is still there

My  Laptop properties

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.40 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
OS build 19044.1415
