my laptop is two years old..with warranty of 1 year.

I have error in boot 

System board (00a) - Product name

System board (00a) - Product serial Number

System board (00a) - Product Number

System board (00a) - System board CT Number

Model number etc can be viewed in Hp support Assistant.

Thanks for yiur quick answer... Since can't view ct number from bios... I have to make a small operation to check under memory for this number. In next days i will check about it and let you know.. to vote your offer.

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
