just installing all the drivers you mentioned then will try to upgrade to windows 10

I installed all those drivers and now my USB isn’t recognized?

It seems to be only the two on the left  side of laptop the one on the right side works fine

Windows 8.1 has all of the drivers included for the USB ports to work.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the AMD chipset driver from the link below.

 

Select the driver for W8.1 64 bit, install and restart the PC.
