Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to power down the notebook.
Start the notebook and at the password screen type in 75021239 and hit enter.

Hi,
In that case, check the following.
1. The halt code ( generated after 3 incorrect entries ) that you've posted is definetely correct.
2. If the halt code you've posted is correct, shutdown the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Plug in the AC Adapter ( leave the battery out for the moment ), start the notebook and try entering the code 75021239 again.
3. Try entering the code via an external usb QWERTY keyboard.

Hi,
You're welcome
If your notebook has a seperate number pad on the right, don't use this, use the number keys that run above the main keyboard to enter the code.
Otherwise, you should be Ok to use any external usb keyboard you can get.
