System disabled - Please help

Hello,

i would like to get password to my Bios on HP Laptop - please moderators read until the end before locking thread again.

I have already created post (link), this moderator (ric_ob) has told me that due to "Rules of participation" he cannot help me and i have to contact support in our country and he locked the topic... here comes the problem, support in my country says that i have to write post on this forum - on the other hand, this forum is locking my topic... So the question is, how does it work and how can i get password to my Bios?

Also, i have found this post, from 2018 and someone helped this guy without problem, so why "Rules of participation", where is the problem?

Can someone please help me, or there is no way to get into Bios?

Or can we chat by email, skype whatever, so this password can be send directly to me?

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
