Administrative Password and or power on password I tried my normal password and it didn't work and sent me to a message saying System Disabled [ I 54924215] what do I do?

Now its turning off and on with just the HP emblem popping back and forth with black screen then the screen with the hp screen do I just need to get a new laptop

I'm not a PC repair tech by trade or training, so unfortunately, I have no idea what you can do about that.
