recently my games are freezing. whenever I try to play game it freezes. I cannot use anything so I force restart my laptop holding the power button. and after my computer is restarted device manager does not detect GPU. to get it back again I must update my bios though it is the same as the current version. and if I try to play the game again it crashes. The hardware is fine I got it checked yesterday. They said everything is fine so I am assuming that is either AMD or windows fault. Can you help me! because I cannot play games now. But if you want to use it for normal use no gaming it does not crash.
AMD 500 series
Hp pavilion power 15

If your Graphics card (GPU) is not detected in Device Manager, BIOS then It’s possible that your graphics card isn’t properly connected, or this is usually caused by incompatible drivers, so be sure to update them. Further, check if your GPU is enabled in your system, update BIOS and uninstall any recent updates.
Hopefully, it will resolve your issue!
